Ingredients:
1 pound salmon filet, skin on
1/4 cup tequila
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
3 tablespoons pink Himalayan salt
2 cloves garlic, finely diced
Directions:
Slice salmon into evenly sized portions. In a glass bowl mix all ingredients. Pour over salmon and allow to marinate 3-4 hours.
Place in your airfryer at 400 degrees for 16 minutes.
Oven Baked Veggies
1 pound asparagus, rinsed and ends cut off
1 medium yellow onion, diced
8 oz sliced white button mushrooms
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 orange bell pepper, diced
1/8 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Line a sheet pan with foil. Grease with coconut oil. Lay mushrooms down, top with asparagus, onions, and bell peppers. Drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle seasonings evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
