Spicy Bahamian Coleslaw


Ingredients:


1 large head green cabbage or 2 bags pre-shredded coleslaw mix

2 cups mayonnaise

1/4 cup ranch dressing of your choice

5 tablespoons lemon juice

1 large yellow onion, finely diced

1 tablespoon black pepper

2 tablespoons "Slap Ya Mama" cajun seasoning

1 tablespoon pink Himalayan salt


Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a large glass or stainless steel bowl. Refrigerate for two hours before eating for best flavors.


  • Depending on the size of your cabbage head you may need to increase your mayo amount. Add 1 tablespoon at a time until a creamy consistency is reached. Taste test to adjust salt and pepper.
