Ingredients:
Bottom Crust:
Filling:
2 packages- 8 oz each softened cream cheese
2 eggs whisked
3/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup Pyure sweetener
Topping:
1-3/4 cups almond flour
4 tablespoons Pyure
2 tablespoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons melted butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit. Grease a 7x11 glass casserole dish very well. Roll out the everything dough between parchment paper until about 1/4" thick. Line the glass baking dish with it , dock the dough with a fork, and bake for 8 minutes.
Mix the filling ingredients together very well and pour over the cooked crust.
Combine all ingredients for the topping in a bowl and crumble with your hands. Top the filling evenly with the topping and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Allow to cool, then refrigerate for 2 hours minimum before serving.
Cut into squares.
Makes 9 squares 3"x3"
