Ingredients:
2 cups unsweetened natural peanut butter
1 cup almond flour
3 eggs
2 cups sugar free white chocolate chips
1/2 cup crushed peanuts
1 cup granulated sugar sweetener of your choice (I used Pyure)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Tools needed:
7x11 baking dish (preferably glass)
Parchment paper
Cooking Spray
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line your baking dish with parchment paper, then spray with the cooking spray.
Mix the peanut butter, almond flour and eggs together. Add in your granulated sweetner and vanilla extract and mix well. Pour all into your baking dish, and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is firm to touch.
Evenly distribute the top with the white chocolate chips, and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
Remove and spread the melted chocolate with a rubber spatula, top with the crushed peanuts and then allow to cool completely.
