Mexican Hot Chocolate Pork Chops



4- 1" thick boneless pork chops 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon 2 teaspoons Mexican Hot chili powder 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Place pork chops in a glass or stainless steel bowl. Add oil and all seasonings, toss to evenly coat. Grease a cast iron skillet and palce on high heat. Cook chops 4 minutes covered on each side.  Just before removing, add 1 tablespoon of lime juice if desired to add extra flavor. Let chops rest 10 minutes before serving.
