Cookies shown are made using my Keto Sugar cookie recipe and topped with SugarFree sprinkles from StokaBars
Ingredients:
2 cups powdered Monkfruit
1/2 cup room temperature butter
4 teaspoons heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Using a stand mixer, add in the butter. Whip at about medium speed until it's smooth and creamy. While it's still going, add in the powdered monkfruit, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla extract.
Whip until you see soft peaks forming, about an additional 2-1/2-3 minutes.
