Keto Pork Rind "Popcorn"




Ingredients:

2 cups plain pork rinds

1/4 cup melted butter flavored Nutiva coconut oil

1 teaspoon LorAnn oils buttered popcorn flavoring

1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt


Directions:


Heat oven to 350 degrees Farenheight. Place the pork rinds on a sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes, or until hot. In the meantime, melt the coconut oil in the microwave. Remove the pork rinds, toss them into a large bowl. Drizzle the flavored coconut oil, popcorn flavoring, and salt and mix well.


Enjoy as a great snack!
