Keto Homemade Bread- Dairy Free



Ingredients:


2 cups almond four

1/2 cup coconut flour

1/4 cup egg white protein powder

2 tablespoons baking powder

2 tablespoons xanthan gum

1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

1/2 tablespoons Pyure sweetener

4 eggs, whisked

1/4 cup water

1/2 cup mayonnaise



Directions:

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix all of your dry ingredients together first. Mix in the mayo and water next, then add the eggs last. Make sure all ingredients are mixed very well. Bake at 350 for 25- 30 minutes, test level of doneness with a toothpick .


Allow to cool completely, and remove by lifting parchment paper from tin.

Keep leftovers stored in the refrigerator
