Chicken - Protein Baby Food




Baby Food- Chicken Prep

Ingredients:

3 halves  boneless skinless chicken breast 

2 cups bone broth 1 tablespoon pink Himalayan salt

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a crock pot, cook on high for 4 hours. Remove and allow to cool for approximately 30 minutes. Blend all ingredients in a blender until a paste-like consistency is reached. If you notice the mixture is "too chunky" add 1 tablespoon of sterilized water at a time until desired consistency is reached. Pour contents into a large ziploc bag, and snip the corner tip off. Pipe into ice cubes and freeze overnight. Remove cubes and place into individual ziplocs for easy freezing.
